Wireless keyfobs need to be enrolled in slots 41 through 56 with the first key in 41, second key in 42, etc.
So to register the first key fob:

If the fob does not function after programming section 804 subsection 41 then check subsection 59 which defines the functions of the buttons of the fobs.
