Factory Reset Insteon Switches

Factory Reset Insteon Switches

Pull the set button out completely, let it stay out for 10 seconds.
Push it back in PAST THE NORMAL POINT, all the way in and hold it for about 5 seconds or so until you hear a beep.
If you don't hear a beep after 7 or 8 seconds let go.
It should stay looking dead for a couple seconds while it resets.
This is best done with a small screwdriver - fingernails probably won't work for this process.
