At time of writing, we haven't had any communication whatsoever from Insteon, Smarthome or SmartLabs in some time but according to the smart home community it's likely that Insteon may have shut down.  The Insteon Hub servers and Insteon Forums have recently gone offline.  You can try to contact Insteon support by email at to see if they have any updates to provide.

Warranty for Insteon devices is the sole responsibility of Insteon and SmartLabs as the manufacturer and brand holder. 

At the same time, Aartech Canada has a strong tradition of supporting it's customers and so we did keep a small reserve of Insteon dimmers, switches, keypads and PLMs for replacement as applicable and at our sole discretion, and subject to availability.
