ISY Operating in SAFE MODE

ISY Operating in SAFE MODE

If you get a message from the ISY console that it is operating in safe mode, this means it is having trouble communicating with the PLM.  Please ensure that the PLM and ISY are powered up and obverve the status LED on both.  If this seems normal, please try using a different network cable between the ISY and PLM (one that did not get shipped with the ISY) to rule out a bad cable.  If that still doesn't work please contact technical support for further troubleshooting.
