LED lights glowing or flickering when module is turned off
Some INSTEON products like LampLinc or OutletLinc Dimmer are designed for incandescent lighting, like a table lamp. They have have a feature called 'local load sense' that will allow a very small trickle current to pass through the outlet to SENSE if someone walks up to a table lamp and turns it OFF then back ON again and it will then turn the outlet full on to turn on the light. It's a convenience feature to save from having to find a transmitter first to turn on the device.
In the case of using LED lighting, LED lights require so little current to function that this trickle current can cause them to glow dimly or possibly flicker.
The fix is to either use incandescent lighting or you can try plugging in another device such as a night light or similar in to the same connection to draw this current away from the LED lights.
