Neo Panel Firmware V1.9 Upgrade Nov 2023
Due to a firmware issue, DSC Neo panels including HS2016, HS2032, HS2064, HS2128 running V1.38 need to be updated to V1.39 as soon as possible. This will be done using a PCLINK-USB cable and DLS5 software. The attached documents outline the upgrade process.
