PowerSeries panels v4.62 not clearing the "Fire Alarm <> bell silence" message
PC1832 v4.62 and RF5500 v1.32 and PK5500 v1.34 not able to clear the message following: Enter code to acknowledge the alarm/reset with *72/ secure the zone.
1) With keeping Zone attributes of the Fire Zones (on Board 1-8) to SEOL (ie 101-108 Toggle 15=ON) and keeping the System level EOL setting ie option 013, Toggle 1 =ON, the system is working fine.
This can be a workaround and insist that the Fire zones needs to be connected to the on board zones.
2) If the Fire zones are configured above 8 zones (beyond on-board zones), the EOL zone attribute configuration is not possible for those zones. So, if Fire Zones connected to Zone Expanders, the
issue will happen with Option [013] Toggle 1= ON ie EOL set to NC
