If you are the owner of a Hikvision DVR or NVR and forgot your password, you will need to have your password reset, you can use this form for Canadian customers:


You will also need to have installed the SADP software which is used for discovering Hikvision devices, in order to complete the required form:


NOTE: There is a risk that you may lose your data/recordings.

NOTE:  Hikvision may deny the request if they feel they are not dealing with the legitimate owner, or if the serial number was not sold through a legitimate channel such as an authorized distributor or authorized reseller.
