There is no Ethernet or WiFi connection. *

Green - Solid
Hub is online, normal operation.
Green - Blinking (Slow)
Hub is in pair mode.
Green - Blinking (Fast)
Hub is in exclusion mode.
Yellow - Blinking
Factory Reset in progress.

An error has occurred. †

Hardware Error. †
^ - You have 30 minutes to begin the setup process; if you miss this window and the hub is blinking blue, simply unplug it, plug it back in, and wait one minute.
* - Make sure to check SmartThings status webpage to ensure that SmartThings cloud is operational. If it is, try swapping between WiFi and Ethernet.
† - Try an extended power cycle to resolve this issue by waiting at least 6 minutes before powering the hub back on. If the issue persists, contact support.
