Uniview products purchased through Aartech Canada has one of the best warranties in the business, with a 3 year exchange/replacement warranty on fixed IP cameras and NVRs and a 2 year exchange/replacement warranty on PTZ cameras (see list below). In most cases a replacement is offered rather than repair service, allowing for fast turnaround. On request and when pre-approved by Aartech Canada technical support, advanced replacements are available.
Uniview defective product returns require a return authorization which is attained by contacting the Uniview Canada support department. As a benefit, once they issue a return authorization this is your golden ticket that ensures a smooth return process and allows for optional advanced replacement. Please do NOT purchase a replacement - it must go through the return department not sales.
Please contact Aartech Canada or Uniview Canada technical support while on-site with the product so they can troubleshoot in the right environment. If for some reason you cannot reach them while on site you can contact them when the product is back at your shop in a bench testing environment. Barring this, Aartech may be able to test it at our location or we may need to send it to the vendor for testing.
Uniview product warranty is offered to pro installers. End users should contact their place of purchase for support.
