Can Log In To EyeonGate DVR But Cannot See Video

Symptom:  You can log in to your EyeonGate DVR from the Internet using Internet Explorer but when you click on the CONNECT button nothing happens.

Solution:  Check to make sure BOTH port 9010 and port 80 (or whatever you are using as the web port) are FORWARDED through your router.
You can type your Internet (external) IP address and port 9010 at site www.yougetsignal.com to test your ports remotely.
