BRK SC9120BA is a direct replacement for model COS1010 from American Sensors.

As per the page mentioned, the SC9120BA comes with a new mounting bracket and new wiring harness that will need to be installed.
The SC9120A is compatible with other American Sensors and BRK smoke and CO detectors.  Here is a video showing the replacement procedure.
