EVL4 Stuck In Boot Loop

EVL4 Stuck In Boot Loop

There is a specific firmware version of EVL4 that can cause a boot loop *IF* the card is set for a static IP *and* has not yet connected to the eyezon portal for a firmware update.  It is always best to register the card on the Eyezon portal so it can receive the most recent firmware first.

In case of a boot loop, please try to factory reset the card then register it on the eyeon portal and wait a couple hours for a firmware update.

There is a reset pad on the EVL4 near the PCLINK connector. Use a screwdriver or tweezers to short the pads for 5 seconds or until it reboots.
