Please refer to the attached document if you are having any difficulty accessing your Uniview NVR from a Windows or Mac browser.  Be sure to check the preferences on your browser and the firmware version of your Uniview NVR.  Please contact support if you believe you require a firmware upgrade and be sure to list your model number and current firmware version.
