Which Skybell App To Use with the DBCAM and DBCAM2


The Honeywell Skybell DBCAM, DBCAM2, DBCAM TRIM, DBCAM TRIM2 can be used either with the (free) Skybell app for iOS and Android, or with the paid Honeywell TotalConnect app.  If you are trying to register the device and it's asking for additional informaton like Mac Address or CRC then you may be trying to use the TotalConnect app which requires a paid subscription and provider assistance.

The Skybell app is free and can be self managed by do-it-yourself installers.
