Hubitat DOA and Warranty Return Procedure
Hubitat is a powerful, flexible and sometimes complex hub due to the nature of supporting so many devices and powerful programming. As a result, Hubitat asks that clients contact their technical support team directly prior to returning product to allow them an opportunity to troubleshoot and ideally get your hub working without requiring a return. If they determine the hub to be defective they will provide a return authorization and we can aid in providing a replacement under their program.
