Insteon Hub Not Working - Red Light - Not Connecting
The Insteon Hub requires a cloud connection Insteon's servers in order to function. Unfortunately it appears that the Insteon Servers that power the Insteon Hub have gone offline. Without the cloud connection you are likely seeing a red light on the Insteon Hub and won't be able to update or control Insteon devices. You can try to contact Insteon support by email at
support@insteon.com however we haven't had any communication whatsoever from Insteon, Smarthome or SmartLabs in some time but according to the smart home community it's likely that Insteon may have shut down. Sadly without the cloud connection the hub won't work and replacing it won't help.
DO NOT FACTORY RESET YOUR HUB - IT MAY NOT BE RECOVERABLE
