New Alula Service Status / Messaging Tools

We’re excited to announce a new service platform where alarm dealers can view real-time service status and component availability metrics. The platform also contains a new messaging service that we'll use to communicate events and time-sensitive information around our services platform to our partners. You can view the page at status.alula.com and subscribe to system events and notifications via email and SMS. You can also subscribe and unsubscribe your administrative and technical contacts directly within AlulaConnect whenever you add a new technician or administrator.

What do I need to do?

  • Point your web browser to status.alula.com and add to your bookmarks for future reference
  • Click the "Subscribe to Updates" button and follow the instructions for confirming your subscription
  • Subscribe your administrative and technical team members from the Dealer Profile section within AlulaConnect
  • We'll run in parallel with event messages in AlulaConnect, but will link and redirect users over to status.alula.com for event details

If you have any questions, please contact our technical support team.
