The EISY allows for self-updates so normally that's all you need.  But if you're looking for the Universal Devices USB Re-Flash stick there's good news and bad news:

  1. The bad news:  It's only available in USA
  2. The good news:  If you need to reflash your EISY firmware, you don't need this device.  You can contact Universal Devices support and they will help you!
